Interventional Nephrology

We at Ruge Vascular Center treat systemic conditions affecting kidneys, as well as hypertension (high blood pressure) with the best non-surgical minimally invasive procedures to open blocked or narrowed blood vessels in your fistula.

Our treatments:

1. AV Fistuloplasty

An AV Fistula is a connection between Artery and vein created surgically in forearm or upper arm for long term hemodialysis. Your Fistulacan become blocked or narrowed, even when you are very careful. If there is any blockage or narrowing you need a Fistuloplasty.

2. Renal artery stenting

Renal artery Stenting is a procedure to open the renal arteries – the large blood vessels that carry blood to the kidneys – when they have become blocked due to renal artery stenosis (narrowing of the renal artery). Stenting opens the blockage and restores normal blood flow.
