A Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter also called PICC in short are long, thin, catheters which are inserted into a vein in your arm, and threaded into the central veins in the chest. A PICC provides short and medium-term access to the venous system for medications and medical fluids.
Our Procedure
Our Interventional radiologist will monitor and track your heart rate, blood pressure and pulse using minimally invasive techniques. Then, a PICC may be inserted in either one of your arms.
